Does EOE offer local pick up? 

Yes we do. Please select that option at checkout. 

What is your Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of all products being customized, all orders are non refundable or exchangeable. 

How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled?

Processing times take between 3-5 days for orders under 15 items. Any orders over 15 items, please connect with us using the CONTACT US page for a more accurate timeframe. Please note that processing times may be delayed should the items not be in stock. 

Can I bring my own item to be customized?
